Seven-day refund policy

Try it with your own chats. If Agent ATC isn’t for you, request a full refund within seven days of purchase. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt or email support@memoryplugin.com within seven days of purchase. Include your Gumroad order reference or the email address you used at checkout so we can find the transaction. You do not need to send any chat transcripts.

What happens next

We process the full refund through Gumroad to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on Gumroad and your bank. After a full refund, your licence ends and you must stop using the purchased app. Optional AI-provider charges are separate and are not payments to Agent ATC.

Your consumer rights

This seven-day policy is additional to any mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights in your location. It does not limit those rights, including where the law allows a longer period or another remedy.
